Motivation is effort,

Making it happen,

Often struggle and push

Overshadow any passion.

Inspiration is intoxicating,

Life-giving breath

Infiltrating each cell

Of your body in depth.

Motivation is useful

To get things done,

To conjure up the desire

If you’re not having fun.

Inspiration is available

And ready to flow

When you’re energetically aligned,

Thus it is so.

Inspiration is passion

On its way to expression,

Seeping out your pores

Through a higher vibration.

Inspiration is life

Lived from the core,

Continuously replenished

For there’s always more.

Inspiration is infinite,

A never-ending well,

A steady stream of ideas

That urge you or compel

You to act on the thought,

The impulse, the need

To create, to discover,

To learn or achieve.

Flow with your inspiration,

Let it rule your world within,

Follow it blindly,

That’s how all great things begin.

When I mention my energy work Their eyes say, “This sounds shady.” Add the word “distance” And many go straight to,

“This lady must be crazy.” I get it, I know ‘Cause I was my own first skeptic, I tried to ignore the sensations, Outright denied it Until eventually I let go, Let it all flow in Learning to navigate The world within. My brain finally accepted What it could not see, Stopped repeating that question: But how could it be?

So how can you touch someone Just with your hands And make them feel better Waving them like wands? Whether right next door Or far across the globe, Movement or sensations Help them to know They’re enveloped by light, By love, a profound intention For their complete well-being To come to fruition. It works, it’s effective, So many are healing Which is why I find it So very worth revealing, With the hope well-being Will come into reach For more people and animals, Therefore of it I speak.
